We're not just talking about running; we're diving into awesome character discussions, playing super fun games, crushing energizing workouts, and making a real difference with a community service project! HOW IT WORKS
LOCATION
True North is typically held after school at a school, however it can be hosted at a community center, church, etc. This is called a community site. A site can host a team during an 8 week fall season, 8-week spring season, or both!
Twice a week after school, our trained volunteer coaches guide teams of 8-17 boys through engaging 90-minute sessions.
CONTENT
Each True North session blends practical character education with fun, inclusive running workouts designed for all abilities. Together, boys complete a meaningful community service project, learning the power of giving back.
CELEBRATION
The season culminates in an inspiring 5k celebration, where crossing the finish line becomes a powerful lesson in conquering challenges and realizing their potential. It's more than a run – it's the beginning of believing they can do anything!
