True North 5K
Each True North season culminates in an inspiring 5k run – a powerful, tangible achievement that proves to the boys they can conquer challenges! And the excitement is for everyone: parents, family, and friends are all invited to register and run alongside their champions! Your True North boy’s 5k entry is included in his program registration! He does not need to register for the 5k!
Participate in the 5K Celebration: Two Options for True North Sites
We're thrilled to offer True North sites two distinct ways to participate in the upcoming 5K celebration!
Teams within driving distance to Springfield, IL will participate at the 5k celebration at Lincoln Land Community College in conjunction with Girls on the Run of Central Illinois.
The True North Fall 2025 5k is November 8th. Activities start at 9am and then run at 10am!
OR
Participate in a community 5k in your area! We'll collaborate to pinpoint a fantastic 5k race in or near your community. From there, we'll perfectly tailor your 8-week season to lead up to the 5k!

- 10AM - 5K begins (True North has their own start immediately following the girls' start.)

- Standard (After October 25th) - $30
Please register by October 25th to be guaranteed a t-shirt. A limited amount of t-shirts will be available on a first come, first servd basis.
